Request an Interpreter
Tell us about the appointment and you will get a straight answer on whether we can cover it, and what it costs, before anything is booked.

What to Put
in the Form
None of this is a commitment. It is the information that lets us answer you properly instead of asking six follow-up questions.
- Date, time and roughly how long. An hour and a half is a different booking from a full day.
- Where in the county. The city is enough at this stage.
- The setting. A benefits interview, a deposition, a doctor’s appointment, a site visit. This tells us what to prepare.
- Which variety of Arabic , if you know it. If not, where the person you are meeting is from.
- How many people will be in the room.
- Anything we should read first. Documents, names, technical terms.
This is confidential
Requests routinely carry legal and medical details. What you send is read by us and nobody else, and it is not repeated outside the appointment.
Short notice
More notice is better, particularly for a specific variety of Arabic. If something has come up suddenly, send it anyway rather than assuming the answer is no.
